Delivery and Returns at Cards At Your Fingertips

 

Ordering and Delivery

 

Each greeting card from CardsAtYourFingertips costs £3.00.  We have tried to keep our delivery costs simple and as low as possible. Our delivery charges are as follows:

UK - Delivery is free in the UK.
Europe - Flat charge of £1.50 per order.
Rest of World - Flat charge of £2.00 per order.

For delivery within the UK.  We aim to dispatch all orders paid by credit card or PayPal account within 24 hours.  Cards are posted 1st class, using Royal Mail.  This should mean that cards will arrive within 1- 2 days of posting, although we cannot of course guarantee the service provided by Royal Mail. Orders paid by cheque will be dispatched immediately the cheque has cleared.

All other destinations.  We aim to dispatch all orders paid by credit card or PayPal account within 24 hours.  Cards are posted Airmal, using Royal Mail.  This should mean that cards will arrive within 3 - 5 days of posting, although we cannot of course guarantee the postal services of either the Royal Mail or those of other countries.

 

To allow you to track your order, when you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail, stating the items you have purchased.  When we dispatch your order, we will then send you a further e-mail.

Returns Policy

At CardsAtYourFingertips, we realise how important the sending and receiving of a greetings card can be.  We will always do our utmost to ensure that all orders are despatched promptly, accurately and in perfect condition.  However, we do realise that occasionally mistakes will be made, and that packages can be damaged in transit.  If you have a complaint about an order, please get in touch with us immediately and we will do our best to rectify the problem.

If the problem has been our fault, we will refund your purchase and resend your order free of charge.  If you are unhappy with the cards for any other reason, you can return them for a full refund.  Please note that any postage and packing costs are non-refundable.  We will respond to all customer complaints within 24 hours.
